Making A Purchase
  • find the item you require
  • choose the size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
  • click the "Add To Cart" button
  • wherever you are on Anglers All, you can add items to your basket in the same way
  • you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button
  • you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.
  • post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket
  • click the "Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
  • fill in the order details on the secure form

You can also place an order by phone, fax or mail.
Shipping And Handling There is a carriage charge of £7.50 on all UK orders below £100. Any orders above £100 are carriage free in the UK.
Delivery Schedule When you place an order and we have your items in stock we will endeavour to despatch the same day. Sometimes this is not possible and then we will despatch the following day. Items ordered over a weekend or UK Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day.
At Anglers All we attempt to hold all products in stock but demand is such that we occasionally run out of popular items. If there is going to be a delay of more than one week we may despatch part of your order, after a telephone consultation to see if this is required. You will only be charged for the goods despatched and you will only be charged once for the carriage.

All our goods for delivery in the UK, except some larger items are despatched using a next day delivery service. However, if you live in some areas (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands) or if your goods are particularly heavy delivery times may be extended. All items are fully insured by us in case of loss or damage in transit. Items for delivery outside of the UK normally take 3 to 4 days but may take up to 14 days depending upon destination.
Please note that we are unable to supply any of the products shown on Anglers All to countries other than the United Kingdom. If this is the case we will contact you to confirm that we are unable to fulfil the order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Goods correctly supplied by the Company may not be returned for credit unless written agreement is obtained from the Company. Goods returned must be consigned carriage paid and be accompanied by full details stating invoice details and report on reason for return.
